Widows Mite Outreach: Empowering Widows, Restoring Hope. 19th April, 2025.
At Love Trust Foundation, we believe in uplifting the less privileged and bringing hope to those who need it most.
This April, we are excited to announce our upcoming outreach, “Widows Mite”, a special day dedicated to ministering to 200 widows in Nigeria. Through spiritual encouragement, medical care, and tangible support, we aim to bless and empower these incredible women who have faced immense challenges.

What’s Happening at Widows Mite?
We’ve planned a day full of love, care, and support, addressing the spiritual, physical, and practical needs of the widows:
1. Spiritual Ministry
Praise and Worship:
A live praise and worship band will lead us in an uplifting session to fill hearts with joy and hope.
Preaching the Word: Two inspiring pastors will share messages of encouragement, faith, and resilience to bless and inspire the widows.
2. Medical Care
Dental Services:
Professional dental checkups, cleanings, and minor procedures like extractions.
General Health Checks: Comprehensive health screenings to ensure their well-being.
Optical Care: Eye tests, diagnoses, and provision of glasses where needed.
Laboratory Tests & Prescriptions: On-site lab tests and medication prescriptions to address immediate health needs.
3. Food Gifts
Each widow will receive a food package containing essentials such as:
One Congo of Garri or Rice
Condiments like tomato paste and more
4. Clothing
Every widow will be gifted 5 yards of beautiful Ankara fabric to celebrate their dignity and strength.
